Vendor Registration Page

Thank You for your interest in being a vendor for our 2025 festival season. This year will mark our thirteenth season and we are very excited. Each season Secret Garden has experienced significant growth in attendance. This year we do expect to average 3000+ attendees per event. We have six festivals planned. Please see our 2025 Season Schedule located on our Home Page.

We require all vendors to be set up and ready to sell at least one hour before festival start time. Vendors arriving after the time required may not be allowed entry and will also forfeit payment. Vendors (not including food) will be allowed two workers. Additional help will be asked to purchase an advanced ticket. This event is rain or shine. Cost is $100/day for retail / non-food vendors. Food truck vending cost is $250 (not including $50 food permit required by The Carroll County Health Dept.) Once we review and approve your request, you will receive our agreement and payment link.
